Welcome to the JBF Oakland County Community! We're so glad you're joining us for our August 2025 Sale at the Oakland Expo Center in Waterford from August 14th-17th. This site is your one-stop-shop for the following:

  1. Sign up for a drop off appointment - required
  2. Sign up for an unsold item pick up appointment - optional
  3. Sign your waiver and pay your fee - required
  4. Reserve your Seller Presale Tickets - optional

Before you get started: Log into (or create) your JBF Profile and sign up for our upcoming event. Your Seller Number helps us track your items as they sell. Your Seller Number is located in your JBF Profile and will be printed on all of your JBF tags.

Let's get started. First, please give us the following information:

1. Drop Off Dates: 

Tuesday, August 12th | 3p - 9p (last appointment 7p)
Wednesday, August 13th | 9a - 1p (last appointment 12p)

  • Plan for Drop Off to take 1+ hours for 250 items if you are a new seller.
  • Organizing your items before drop off helps speed you up tremendously!
  • We recommend leaving kids home during drop off - they make it take longer.  
  • You get to keep any bins, totes, etc that you use to help get your items in to the building.
  • Coat hangers are sold with your items and are not returned.

2. Unsold Item Pickup

  • Note: all stuffed animals will be donated regardless of donation preference (does not include Squishmallows or animated toys).

3. Seller Fee, Payment Choice, and Waiver

JBF Oakland County charges a seller sign-up fee to ensure we can provide the best sales experience to both our shoppers and our sellers. 

  • We have an Early Bird Fee of $10 through Saturday, July 15th, then our fee increases to $15.
  • Sellers who work 8 or more hours at our sale will have their seller fee reimbursed back to their credit cards. 

Payment Choice
We send most payments to sellers via Deluxe e-Checks. These are printable check that come to your email.

Seller Waiver
Please read our seller waiver prior to completing your registration. 

Photographic Release:
Guest(s) hereby consents to the use by Organizer of his/her likeness taken during the Event and grants and conveys unto the Organizer all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by the Organizer during the Guest(s) participation in any activities under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.

Prepping Your Items

Shift Worker Opportunities:
We offer sellers the opportunity to earn an additional 10% in their checks and earlier shopping privileges when they work a 4+ hour shift at the sale. 

Would you like info about any of our other programs?

  • Help us promote the sale by sharing about it on social media or by passing out promotional materials. You'll earn JBF Bucks for these tasks.

  • "Wear" a car cling for 6 weeks before the sale to help us spread the word.

  • Deliver a daycare packet to a local daycare that knows you

4. Seller Presale Tickets

Submit your registration below. On the confirmation screen, you'll receive a link to claim your tickets as well as information on getting started tagging.
